During my working career, I led churches as a pastor, served as a board member and executive of several non-profit organizations, and taught leadership and missional theology as a seminary professor in the U.S., Canada, and Europe. Since retiring from institutional leadership, I am enjoying the freedom to address the challenges we face at home and around the world in new ways. I am grateful for people who taught and helped me along the way. My aim in this season of life is  to offer what I learned from them to whomever it might be of value.
