Teaching
I regularly teach In the Word as Teaching Scholar in Residence at Bel Air Church, Los Angeles. You are welcome to attend in person (10am Sundays), or by Zoom (add your name below for the link). I also teach elsewhere as time permits. I enjoy responding to questions about faith, theology, and contemporary culture. Is there something you want to talk about? Send me a question.
Speaking
I address subjects of public interest where my experience and education are relevant. I am especially concerned to promote a sense of shared responsibility for the cultural and social milieu in which we all live. We must resist contentious polarizations, discuss issues with good will and mutual respect, find common ground, and seek forms of constructive action for the common good. Tearing others down tears us all apart.
Coaching/Consulting
I offer individual leadership coaching and organizational consulting that is personalized, supportive, and timely. My method centers on thoughtful listening, careful analysis, and informed insight.
